Personal Use & Security

Indemnification

Terms
This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for so long as you are using the Services. Either you or ControlOn.com may terminate the service at any time, with or without cause.

ControlOn.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

ControlOn.com may also terminate or suspend your access to the services for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by ControlOn.com. The amount of time that ControlOn.com currently considers as an "extended" period of time is 3 (three) months. Upon termination of the service, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

ControlOn.com also periodically archives its data to optimally use our existing resources. This may make certain information unavailable. This is at the sole discretion of ControlOn.com.

Limitation of Liability
CONTROLON.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR INTERRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS, LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF CONTROLON.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ControlOn.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by the Services. ControlOn.com makes no warranty that any services will be uninterrupted, timely secure or error-free.

Changes to Site
ControlOn.com and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. ControlOn.com may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.

Miscellaneous
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Controlon.com's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Controlon.com.

Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients and partners.

Information We Collect
When you visit our Web site you may provide us with two types of information:
