A stand-alone programmable fluid dispensing system using a Logic controller from Allen Bradley called PICO. The preset volume to be dispensed is selected by the selector switch. When the ‘Start’ button is pressed the pump and the output solenoid are switched on. As the fluid flows through the flow meter, it delivers pulses depending on the rate of flow.
